Where do I even begin? I worked with Kristy in trying to find a house for about a year. I had a very specific type of house/lot in mind and I'll be the first to say that it was no easy task! With the crazy seller's market around the Eau Claire area, I really had doubts as to whether we would find what I was looking for. And if we did, would I even have a chance to get an accepted offer?
The patience certainly paid off! Kristy called me one night and said I needed to come look at a house immediately because she was certain if fit what I was looking for. I had my doubts, because let's face it, I'm picky. After looking at it, my doubts faded away and I could certainly picture myself living there. Before I knew it, I had an accepted offer and the only thing left was some paperwork and a little more patience!
I can't stress how easy of a process Kristy made it out to be. She always had my best interests in mind and helped me make the correct decisions since this was my first time buying a home. All of her recommendations turned out to be spot on and I couldn't be happier! I know she was crazy busy with other clients, but she always made herself available whenever I had a question. It really seemed like I was her only client. If you're in the market to either purchase or sell a home, I can't give Kristy a high enough recommendation. She exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process. I think I've had more stressful times purchasing a vehicle!
I would never go with anyone else other than Kristy Theiss as my realtor. I recommend her as one of the highest regarded realtors in Eau Claire. With everyone we encountered from inspectors to builders and other realtors, Kristy is looked upon with respect and NO WHERE can I find a person that has had a bad experience in working with her. She treats people with the care one needs when making a decision like buying, or in our case, building a house.
Having gone through multiple real estate transactions in the past, I always knew there were good agents and bad agents but thought that the good agents all had the same level of service that I was perfectly happy to deal with. Perfectly happy does not begin to describe my experience with Kristy. She exemplified customer service and follow-through and brought a level of professionalism and knowledge not frequently seen in real estate. She really is a "sit back and let me take care of you" kind of person I believe everybody is looking for in a realtor.
