Those pink flags are one of my absolute favorite sights in real estate! I took a drive thru today and can't wait to see new homes being built later this year in this exceptionally planned community on such a beautiful piece of property, just south of town. Kristy did an amazing job at both selling our house and getting us in our DREAM home! My favorite thing about Kristy is that she is up with technology and the times! Not saying there is anything wrong with the old school ways but in this day and age if you want that first movers advantage in life you need to be ahead of the curve and Kristy is doing just that! With homes being sold as fast as they hit the market, you need someone in your corner. Someone who knows their stuff, someone who isn't going to let you miss out on any opportunities.
