It's hard to explain how accommodating and helpful Kristy was in something as short and informal as a Facebook review. But, Kristy did everything we could've hoped for from our very first meeting with her that lasted almost 2 hours due to all of our questions to closing day where she stayed with us until the very last piece of paperwork was signed. From start to finish she did everything she could to make sure we were knowledgeable and comfortable in our decision. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Working with Kristy was everything we could've hoped for and more!!!
With homes being sold as fast as they hit the market, you need someone in your corner. Someone who knows their stuff, someone who isn't going to let you miss out on any opportunities. Being first time homebuyers, we had SO many questions and initially felt in over our heads. I cannot speak highly enough of Kristy and her work ethic. She WORKS for you! There were nights where we'd be sitting at her desk well past 8 pm writing an offer because that's what the situation required. She understands the demands of the market and have every confidence that she will put you in your dream home! We are so in love with our home and the buying experience we had and can't wait to work with Kristy in the future!
Where do I even begin? I worked with Kristy in trying to find a house for about a year. I had a very specific type of house/lot in mind and I'll be the first to say that it was no easy task! With the crazy seller's market around the Eau Claire area, I really had doubts as to whether we would find what I was looking for. And if we did, would I even have a chance to get an accepted offer?
The patience certainly paid off! Kristy called me one night and said I needed to come look at a house immediately because she was certain if fit what I was looking for. I had my doubts, because let's face it, I'm picky. After looking at it, my doubts faded away and I could certainly picture myself living there. Before I knew it, I had an accepted offer and the only thing left was some paperwork and a little more patience!
I can't stress how easy of a process Kristy made it out to be. She always had my best interests in mind and helped me make the correct decisions since this was my first time buying a home. All of her recommendations turned out to be spot on and I couldn't be happier! I know she was crazy busy with other clients, but she always made herself available whenever I had a question. It really seemed like I was her only client. If you're in the market to either purchase or sell a home, I can't give Kristy a high enough recommendation. She exceeded all of my expectations throughout the process. I think I've had more stressful times purchasing a vehicle!
Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. I will not deny that I referred to her as Kickass Kristy after that. If anyone is looking for a realtor, she is the one for you!
I know Kristy on a personal level moreso than from a client/realtor relationship. What I can say is that if she mirrors her genuine personality in her profession she is the best woman for the job. She is honest and trustworthy, kind and respectful and anyone would receive an honest opinion and professional representation from her. We have referred a number of friends and family to Kristy and she has assisted them in finding homes that are just right for them. She even assisted my sister-in-law in obtaining a successful business which Kristy goes out of her way to support. Her loyalty does not stop at the point of sale. She is forever at your service!! Keep up the outstanding work!
