Kristy did an outstanding job for us when we were buying our house last month. She had constant updates sent to me on possible houses we may be interested in. I saw a house that had just moments before hit the market. I notified her. She got us in to see the house 1 hour later. We were the first people to see it, we put in an offer on the spot. 5 hours later we owned that house. She went above and beyond what I think any realtor would have done in those 5 hours. Kristy is an exceptional realtor. She worked with my wife and I through many details step by step, kept us updated with the process and gave us tips for selling the house faster. We had offers within a few days and even though we had a potential buyer back out at the last minute, she helped us to quickly put the house in the market again and got us another offer within a couple of days.
